Isak has over 10 years of management and consulting experience in SEE region and on international level (Italy/France/USA/Switzerland/Germany). Industry experience includes IT, Fashion, Textile, Automotive and Finance (Investment Banking/Asset Management).

Extensive experience in restructuring and turn around projects. In addition to focusing on the financials and cost reductions he is involved in the analysis of data with a goal to improving efficiency in B2B distribution, product assortment, and Purchasing Strategies. In his management career he has engaged in complex M&A and related projects (refinancing, distressed assets, carve-outs, debt to equity swaps).

Isak successfully partnered with Michele in Admetam on several key projects. His primary focus in Fattoria Sodi is on Finance, Accounting, Planning & Reporting.
