KARA 2018 – In the past 5 years Damaris has grown from Customer Service Coordinator to DTC/Ecommerce & A/R Manager. She has also overseen the Ecommerce channel and coordination of necessary digital marketing support. Ongoing management of A/R in coordination with Wholesale Director. Works with Shopify, Zedonk, Kaviya, Xero.

Previous experience has included working with Moda Operandi June 2015-2018 as a Customer Care Specialist. During this time Damaris utilized Zendesk’s ticketing system to email customers daily regarding all customer service inquiries. She maintained a high level of customer service by answering client emails and phone calls in a timely manner, utilizing CRM practices. She also assisted with the operations and logistics by tracking packages and orders for a timely arrival to the customers.
